Welcome to Publisher Sprint, an imprint of Paper Ink Books. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our publishing services, websites, and related offerings (collectively, the “Platform”). By using Publisher Sprint, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
“Author,” “you,” or “your” means the individual or entity engaging Publisher Sprint services.
“Work” means any manuscript, images, files, or other materials you submit to us.
“Platform” refers to all websites, portals, communications, and services operated by Publisher Sprint or Paper Ink Books.
“Plans” refer to our publishing service tiers, including Launch Lite, Author Pro, Authority Elite, and any other services offered.
“Add-Ons” are optional services you may purchase separately.
“Content” means any text, media, data, or other materials you submit or publish through our services.
You may only use the Platform if:
You are at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
You have the authority to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or your organization.
You comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity, at our discretion.
Account Creation. You may be required to create an account or provide personal information. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
Account Responsibility. You are solely responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
Inactive Accounts. We may deactivate accounts with no activity for 12 months.
Ownership Disputes. In case of a dispute over account ownership, we reserve the right to request verification documents and determine ownership in our discretion.
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or infringing purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse any part of the Platform.
Represent that Publisher Sprint endorses you or your Work beyond agreed-upon marketing.
Submit Work that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or violates any third-party rights.
Pricing. Fees for Plans and Add-Ons are stated on our website or in your agreement. All amounts are in INR unless otherwise specified.
Payment. You agree to pay all fees in advance, as invoiced.
Refund Policy.
Launch Lite & Author Pro: 75% refund if canceled within 7 days of payment and before work commencement. No refunds once production starts.
Authority Elite: 50% refund if canceled within 7 days of payment and before work commencement. No refunds after project kickoff.
SprintWrite Challenge: No refunds after enrollment due to immediate allocation of resources.
Add-Ons: Non-refundable once work commences.
Delinquency. Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Ownership. You retain copyright in your Work.
License. You grant Publisher Sprint a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your Work as needed to provide the Services.
Trademarks. You grant us permission to use your name and book title(s) in marketing materials.
Warranties. You represent that you own or have all rights to the Work, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Publisher Sprint provides publishing services but does not guarantee:
Specific sales results or financial outcomes.
Bestseller rankings or media coverage.
Endorsements or reviews beyond stated deliverables.
All marketing support is conducted on a best-effort basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Publisher Sprint and Paper Ink Books shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your Work, including infringement, defamation, or violation of law.
By You. You may terminate by written notice. Refund eligibility will be determined as per Section 5.
By Us. We may suspend or terminate services if you:
Breach these Terms,
Fail to pay,
Engage in unlawful conduct.
Effect. Upon termination:
Your publishing files may be archived or deleted after 60 days.
Any unpaid balances remain due.
We will treat your unpublished Work as confidential and will not disclose it except as necessary to fulfill services or as required by law.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction. Courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution. You agree to first attempt resolution amicably by contacting legal@publishersprint.com before initiating legal proceedings.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after notice constitutes acceptance.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
Severability. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
Entire Agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us.
