Most of our products and services are delivered digitally (e.g., manuscripts, design files, e-books, publishing services) and do not require shipping. However, when we provide printed copies or physical items, this policy applies.
International Shipments
Printed copies and books destined for international addresses are typically ordered and fulfilled directly through Amazon’s regional websites, as part of our global distribution agreements. Orders are placed on your behalf via Amazon and shipped directly to the author or end customer.
Domestic Shipments (India)
For shipments within India, we coordinate printing and delivery through trusted third-party printing partners and couriers. These shipments may include:
Author copies of your book
Promotional or marketing materials related to your project
All deliveries within India are arranged through our internal fulfillment process and external courier networks.

For Amazon-fulfilled orders, shipping and delivery are governed by Amazon’s own policies and logistics.
For India-based shipments, delivery timelines and tracking are subject to our printing and courier partners’ terms.

Domestic (India):
Shipping costs for author copies and related materials are included in your publishing plan unless otherwise specified. Additional shipments or special requests may incur extra fees, which will be communicated in advance.
Once your order is processed:
Amazon shipments: You will receive confirmation and tracking information from Amazon.
Domestic shipments: You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details from us or our courier partner.
If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us.
International shipments (Amazon):
Amazon’s standard terms apply for customs duties, import taxes, and related fees. The recipient is responsible for any applicable charges.
Domestic shipments (India):
Applicable taxes are included in your invoice unless specified otherwise.
If your shipment arrives damaged or defective:
Amazon shipments: Contact Amazon Customer Service directly, as Amazon is the seller and shipper of record.
Domestic shipments: Contact us at shipping@publishersprint.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos and order details. We will coordinate with our printing and courier partners to resolve the issue.
